A comment at the bottom of that RICO lawsuit article notes that this lawsuit is probably the same one, or a variation thereof, of one filed back in November of 2010. Sure appears to be, and I remember it because of the Andrew Maguire connection.

I wonder if the original one was squashed by JPMorgue and HSBC, and it's being filed again with a new twist or whatever. Perhaps they've added gold to this one. If nothing else, it should focus some needed attention on the PMs.
