I think they are letting out bad (more real) numbers now in the summer when people are distracted and are starting to pave the way for getting the people demanding QE3. I can't remember where I read this but it's something like, "the people will demand the solution that guarantees their own destruction". Perfect timing for fall and the start of the 2012 election cycle.
