Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
My apology to everyone for being the first to mention the cents per share incorrectly and getting you all off track.
It is 4 cents per 100 shares of ECU.
I get so focused on a per 100 or 1000 share lots that am not conscious of the difference from a single share.
Further speaking of differences:
The financial problems are not solved in Greece as we would like per Cockerel1's questions and comments but at least they are openly postponing repayment and perhaps giving Greece a chance to recover at some long date.
Add to that the strength of the core nations in the European union that are making decisions.
However in the US, I'm affraid the core is rotten and instead of correcting it they are debating on how much more debt to add to the existing one. That to me is a complete denial or refusal of a solution at any near but necessary time in the future.
US politicians are not listening to the people and those people have been too trustful and complacent, so are paying the price and will continue because the "recession" in the US is not just that but a depression with jobs continuing to be lost (US the new Weimar Republic unless Ron Paul saves it from itself, imho.).
To me that is a decisive difference and why one of my feet now stands in Europe. Mind you I would prefer to be standing with both feet in Singapore or as second choice, in Australia. Barring these I am in Silver and gold stocks as a safety net.
