I have thought all the while that the deal between AUM and ECU is pretty much in the cards at this time. Yes maybe it will get voted down but I think the majority have already made a choice without even confirmation? At least that is my take right now. Some peolpe have already bought into AUM with a profit to . Just trading shares.

Ok maybe I am wrong but my understanding is we get paid .97 a share 20 to 1 ratio with AUM? Am I correct? So if I am right wouldn't it be better that you would buy as many shares as you can before they srike the deal? I mean ECU is way under .97 and even if we got back to 2.00 a share we would still get the same share price according to the payment method for the 2 companies. I didn't see anything that said we would be rewarded for a better share price from ECU? Plus if the deal goes through you already made 10% on share price alone.

I hope they are spending this money wisely. Stocking up on reserve energy they will need. Then having a full scale 2000 tpd's a day or maybe even more. This will really make this a great deal more at these bargain base prices. I am kind of glad of the low volume at this point. I would think ECU and AUM would be able to start this merger a lot more efficient that way. Of course the deal hasn't been made yet and maybe it wont. In that case I would be very upset with ECU especially since they already have 15 million in hand from AUM.

Yes of course it would feel good if ECU jumped up sharply with the current G&S prices. But all in all we know G&S isn't going anywhere except up. It is almost impossible to concieve that we would have a sharp reversal with the globally economy eating up all they can get. So I guess it comes down to deal or no deal in which case ECU needs to make progress and quickly. 15 million doesn't go far anymore. Hui up at the end of day. Next week could be very interesting. Never mind the week after.
