Just an addition that for every ECU share we receive a payment of almost 4 cents if the deal goes through.

I presume that is due to our market cap being slightly larger.

I also have a question to anyone on this forum who has background knowlege of AUM because I never held nor took interest in it before:

Is AUM as undervalued as we?
