If in fact that is true than ECU is playing some serious games with shareholders. To go out and take 15 million dollars upfront without no real clarifications or news release on what the money is spent on is criminal. I have been giving them all the rope they needed to pull me and my family in.
The fact that they have not even tryed to give us a idea of what has been ored is pitiful. Now it has resorted to not taking phone calls and mentions of higher than should be pay.Sorry this has gone on to far. I had a feeling right from the get go that this smelled bad because as usual it was done without any warning to shareholders. And in fact they are paying themselves with this cash and not using it to become a main force in mining . How will they pay back AUM if they don't have at least 2000 tpds a day. They just borrowed [On a weekend to] millions of dollars not to long ago from a New York bank ON THE WEEKEND. On top of that it was to be withheld from any U.S. administration. How do you keep borrowing money without results? And where is AUM at this point of the merger? I have not heard one thing about them except knowing it's a Hedge Company. Ok lets attack me now because I expect it. But I don't get it why on earth is anyone buying anymore shares without real confirmation from ECU.
What are we suppose to believe in people who wont even embark on sharing information with its shareholders. I feel like I am part of J.P. Morgan. Or are they?
