100% agree with you Pic. But let's not get ahead of ourselves, right now the powers that be, are not able to "control" the prices of of PM's given the present circumstances, but they will get an agreement, and I'm sure that Barack will ensure himself that the ceiling does not need to be raised again prior to November 2012.

This will be a short lived rise.

After August 2nd though, this can be another story.
