Striking Similarities between ECU/AUM merger and SLX/Genco merger a few months ago.

Similar companies- one with money, one without...With Genco trading between $.30 and $.40, the share prices seemed to be held very stable for the 3 months until the vote and final merge. After the merge, the newco price (SLX) moved up very strongly to as high as $1.00, (gives the shareholders the feeling that they've done the right thing!) Looking forward to the ECU vote.!
