Wow! What a 20 to 1 shareprice that would be. I could handle 200.00 a share.

I don't think it is really pie in the sky. The following is possible.

Newco's resource is estimated at 1 billion oz Ag equivalent.

POS is $65.

Resource in the ground is valued at 10% of metal.

So, that gives us :-

1 billion oz x $6.50 / 32million shares = $203 per share

I could handle it as well.

Also, the warrants are worth $189 or so.
