The key message from many at the conference was to take delivery of physical and beat the boyz at their 100:1 levered game. Interestingly Andrew Maguire said he is assisting a syndicate of buyers [someone joked that most were probably in the room but it was noticeable a lot of folk weren't laughing at that one ;) !] to take delivery on contracts every month when conditions on the exchange are right. He also confirmed that the forthcoming (forecast to be abvailable Oct/Nov 2011) international deliverable contract on the new Chinese Pan Asia Gold Exchange (PAGE) will be a really big deal, a point emphasised by an earlier speaker, Ned Naylor-Leland of Cheviot.
