Just listened to James Turk's interview of Jim Sinclair. Mr. Sinclair says that once gold reaches $1764, its moves will be parabolic. He said that $1764 is mathematical and is the summation of squares. My playing with this number comes up with the following:

42 x 42 = $1764

$42 = current value the U.S. government prices its Treasury gold at

6 x 7 = $42

42 x 6 = $252 = Bear market low gold price in 1999.

252 x 7 = $1764

So when gold reaches $1764, it will have increased 7 fold from its bear market low. 7 is a very important number. It is the number of days in a week. In the book of Revelation there are 7 angels, 7 seals. 7 trumphets, and 7 bowls. The term angels sounds familiar dosen't it!
