Dear (I use that term loosely) Fan;
During times of mergers and aquisitions, news releases and data are often played like poker cards. U play the cards close to your chest, and U can't allow the betting to get to one-sided, or everyone folds.
U exagerate greately when U say "The ONLY things you need to ask are:"
That's just silly. There are too many variables to count.
when FNV tookover Gold Wheaton the stock price fell from $33 to $28. When the deal closed, it climbed from $28 back to $41.
when genco merged with silvermex, the stock price fell from $.40 to $.20. When the deal closed, it climbed from $.20 to $1.00
...so U see, there is actually more than just your simple points 1. and 2. This merger is a GREAT DEAL more important than your simpleton list.
We must wait to see how the hand plays out now.
