Well said Baba, although I am not holding my breath awaiting drill results on the massive sulfides prior to the official merger announcement. I expect both companies to be in merger mode now, meaning no significant material changes that could possibly affect the safe passage of this merger. The release of outstanding drill assays for the massive sulfides might throw a wrench in those plans for obvious reasons.
Since the problems encountered with the deep drilling program coincided with the timing of this merger, my skeptic mind believes the two might possibly be related. I have no evidence of this of course, but I would completely understand if there is a connection.
Management from both companies want this merger, and so do I.
Once the merger is complete, I want to know what the corporate strategy will be to maximize shareholder value going forward. We need a strategic plan from management that can be effectively and expeditiously implemented.
Time to take this to the next level.
