Bigpic; Gold reached $1869 already ( approx. 4am Eastern Time zone), presumably on Asian action, so I quote from that article that you mentioned:

"gold is going up above $1800 coming close to this week's projected resistance at 1860-1900 followed by 2050-60, which moves up to 1910-1960 followed by 2085-2105 for next week."
