I just spoke with IR. IF both companies approve the merger, then the resolution will be handed to the courts to issue a final date for settlement, and that will happen within about 2 weeks afterwards.

I have to believe that some form of notice will be provided prior to the conversion of ECU, and so I am thinking mid-september when the transation actually closes.
