It is a done deal as both companies voted in favour with around 97% confirmation of the shares voted, in the case of ECU about 39% of shares were voted. I anticipate the stock being halted late this week and the transfer done, not sure how long this will take maybe a day or two. I expect to hear something from both companies later today.
