Just left the shareholders meeting. I think this deal was a godsend for us. These guys are excited to hit the ground with this story, there will be a new 43.101 report by yearend. Institutions are interested in this story. Golden confirms that the votes approving plan of merger is in the 90's for both companies. I will write some more when I get home and look at my notes, but this looks like a done deal.
