Only time will tell if these projections turn out to be accurate ( always the case), following a significant amount of mine development in order to reach higher grade ore, as well as improvements to the current sulfide and oxide mills. The good news is that capital is no longer the issue and it won't matter to the market that the newco initially "takes one step backwards, to go two steps forward" in production.
I doubt that the new management would make these projections unless they felt confident in the operations enhancement. Furthermore, it is refreshing to finally see management stick its neck out and clarify company objectives.
