Dear ECU Shareholders,

As a result of a special shareholders meeting and as the request of some members, the ECU Silver HUB has been renamed to the Golden Minerals Company HUB in accordance to the press release found here.

Please delete any old bookmarks linking you to the ECU HUB as the link is no longer active. The new link to the HUB is http://agoracom.com/ir/GoldenMinerals.

HUB Leader authorities have not been affected.
