Changing stock symbols or offering stock dividends won't squeeze the shorts. You need a cash dividend or enough buying to drive the share price up high enough and long enough to force shorts to cover. Share buy backs are a great weapon as well. Cash production is the key and ECU has the goods. Simply a matter of time but one thing for sure, the shorts don't cover till they absolutely have to.
