Here's the email I just sent to Bart Chilton:

Commissioner Chilton,

Please do something at the CFTC about this incredible crime in progress! I have emailed you in the past about the obvious and ongoing market manipulation in the silver futures markets, and I find out that on 9/20 the CFTC gives a pass to implementing reporting for Large Swaps Traders:

And in the next several days the price of COMEX silver contracts drops over 20%. Hello? Anybody home at the police station?


You know, there are thousands of honest people throughout the world who are watching this crime in progress and in plain sight. I am constantly defending the purpose of the CFTC against many who express that “free” markets are “self regulating”, and in a perfect world where there is no greed and avarice this may in fact work,however in a world where “some pigs are more equal than others” we NEED some effective regulation to stop those that feel they are more equal than others stealing from those who are not connected.

You folks need to make something happen now. Your markets are becoming the laughing stock of the world, but most of us less than equal people are being robbed in front of the police station!
