Sorry but I disagree with your assesment. Credit Suisse is a cartel back bank who looks like they are saying this to have you sell or short your Gold to meet their objectives (Given that the POG has already met their short term objective).

And what about their Silver projections! Tells me they want you to sell Silver.

It's like if I were to say that today's forecast is mostly light till the sun goes down then it should be dark.
