This stock's chart is now severely oversold (RSI of 23), yet it looks like it could go lower. Just curious; what prompted the stock, back in Sept. 2010, to go from the sub 8 level to the mid 20's????? What concrete news will jolt this stock out of its doldrums??? I'm just trying to think out loud and search for tangible positives to get this stock higher.....
