We are in agreement Coach and I agree the company could have done this differently and killed 2 birds with one stone but they didn't and I don't know the reasons why anymore than those castings apsirtion here do. I can speculate from experience with a high degree of confidence it wasn't because they were trying to screw retail investors or do a sweet heart deal or give away the company or deliberately hurt their shareholders or with sinister motives.
Do I think that Sentient played their hand to get a better deal, of course, who here doesn't try to get a better price on things they buy or negotiate with vendors. I may even have some ideas how they did it but who really cares, it's done and what matters is what the company does with what they now have going forward.
