Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
Capitulation is a collective emotion. Just when you think you should give up, a lot of people simultaneously feel the same way. Capitulation many times coincides with a bottom. This was recently exhibited by the exit of Scout2003 - a very seasoned poster - followed by the $1.40 up day for AUMN.
Remember that the Cartel only has one thing that they must manage and that is perception. In the case of the dollar/stock market/consumer spending it is that all is great and keep on buying/spending. In the case of silver/gold and the mining stocks, their goal is to completely dishearten and dampen any enthusism or hope. This is what we have come to. They have done their job well with full blind eye watchfulness by the regulators. The paranoid reality that the media, the street and the politicians are all working in concert is now fact. They are trying to get as much mileage as possible out of the heap of junk car that they are riding with a gas tank on "E" called the U.S Economy and will stoop to any trick or manipulation to "buy another day". Pathetic indeed !!!
It is acquisition season coming up for the Gold Cartel groups and buy-outs will be happening to load up the big boys with reserves. They will steal these reserves for pennies on the dollar. AUMN is a target I believe. The way they get ECU's vast reserves is create an interim entity like Golden Minerals that will squelch all drilling results / excitement and then sell out to one of the big Cartel interests within 18 months. All corporate officers will be rewarded handsomely for their theft and shareholders will get screwed. This is a doulbe switch that I have seen them pull off many times. An interim company makes the theft more palatble by losing all the long term shareholders.
I recently made a killing on the criminal aquisition of Century Mining to White Tiger - so there is still opportunities for the nimble. White Tiger is a corrupt Russian mafia interest that totally gutted Century before buying out 6 million ounces of gold for 84 million dollars !!!! I got in when they had finished there raping/plundering and got out after the aquisition this week. I hate the management of White Tiger, but they are shrewd and ruthless killers with big bucks that have the regulators paid off...... and there is something to be said for this as an opportunity to make profit.
My Golden Rule:
You cannot be married to any company or resource. You need to move on when manipulation is so rampant that the stock is pummeled beyond recognition. And you need to team up with the criminals sometimes to get in and out to make a profit. If that is selling out.... then so be it.
