There is movement but it is of the order of one or two percent. If a willing buyer shows up and the sp potentially rises as a result, there are computer programs that automatically use that one or two percent rise to sell some thus neutralizing the sp in short time.
Same for reverse. Drop the sp a bit and they buy to aquire shares for the next buyer.
To have meaningfull change we need good news which generates sufficient buyers to overwhelm computer programs.
I have noticed that in many of my stocks, if the trading volume is low, I am at the mercy of programmed trades.
