This is printed on CFTC stationery so I have to wonder if they would not have some idea as to the source. Do you think they would release a document like this without satisfying themselves that there was some authenticity to it? I believe posters from here have sent them complaint letters in the past but I don't recall anyone claiming that the CFTC went to the trouble of publishing them under its own letterhead. I hope the writer is correct in claiming that there will be more whistle blowers writing to the CFTC in the near future.
