I think both of you will very close to being correct. There are lots of investors amking poor choices today from fear when they should be rsponding to fear with adding to positions. I can't say for sure this is the bottom or turn but I can say people almost always respond to the wrong stimuli in markets. I am all in now and this is the only reason I am not a buyer. I'm sure those getting the bargains wil be very happy and maybe sooner than they think while those dumping will feel robbed before this is all said and done and there is a legit argument that they are being robbed by white collar criminals at various hedge funds and the FED and cartel banks.
