Well, that is the advantage. Plenty of people (like me) bought ECU at $2, which is equivalent to $40 for Golden Minerals.

At least those shareholders are not going to sell below $40. They are also not going to accept any take-over price below $40 (I am now speaking on behalf of them/these suckers). Most are averaging down, if they can.
