Looks like Dan Norcini's view on the gold price may be correct, given the weakness tonight. As you know, he once again cautioned about a pull back since we have been rebuked at the $1800 level a few times now. If the price gets back to around $1,750, it may be time to invest a bit more in the sector, maybe sell some GLD puts.
Then again, it could play out like "Squeeky" John Embry indicated today on KWN, with some strong buying waiting to come in on shallower dips.
We'll see.
