The stock is doing what it has been for many months, ranging between 3 and a half bucks and 4 and a half, give or take. And smetimes the volume is high.

But until it says good-bye decisively to 5, 6, 7 bucks and beyond there is no essential difference.

One could play it between 3.5 and 4.5, I suppose, and risk being out of position if it ever does take off. That remains to be seen.

TA does not work in a manipulated market. TPTB can play us like fools with that scam.
