The Senate deal to avoid the "fiscal cliff" will add roughly $4 trillion to the deficit when compared to current law, according to new numbers from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).

This one United States "fiscal cliff" deal alone equals roughly half the value of all the Gold ever mined.

Who in their right mind would bid the value of the United States dollar up? Why buy something that loses purchasing power on a continual basis?
