“Vat da hell is go-ink on down dere?” I never forgot that bemused question from the first boss of the first laboror job I had … a green kid on ‘summer break’. It still rings in my ears when things seem to run amok. The second greatest admonition I always seem to hear is: “you ain’t out of the woods yet ‘Sinbob’ “ from a lawyer friend… during an adventure in my own business at a very young age. So here I am, an atrophied gold bug in the ‘gold business’ … is it any wonder these ‘oldies but goodies’ are still haunting me? How about you? Do any of you hear ghosts from the past ?

Have you ever done something you thought you never could? … succeeded against all odds? … hit ‘the wall ‘ and made it through? Then you know it can be done… but you can’t tell others how to do it. We, my friends are at that wall… and we will make it through…it comes down to one more step, then another…and the last few will be uphill… and there will be insideous attempts to trip us up. It may be weeks to a few months… but it will happen. Major speed bump coming. Then, relief. Then the realization. Then reward. Then, be generous.
