Despite your mediocre ability to express yourself and your obvious emotionalism and hostility, I am well aware of what board this is, i.e., that it is not Yahoo. I suggest you chill out before your covert threats come crashing down upon your head.

I am also well aware that you are right now within an angstrom unit of finding yourself in litigation for libel against me on this board. And don't think I will not pursue you.

It is no crime to relay a material statement from a conversation that bears on a matter of financial interest to me or anyone else. That is particularly the fact when one has accepted that fact, which was from an impeccible source, as true. This was no "rumour" as you have falsely accused me of, and therein lies the libel.

The commenting upon or reporting of a reduction in shares, espeially when true or a selling of shares is hardly a "false claim."

You have seen from gwr1's note above and my clarification that what I said WAS true to the extent I knew it. There was therefore no mischievous intent to mislead or malice aforethought.
