I was doubting whether to react. But consistent with my view on how important good properties will become in the coming years, I see this as a very bad move. The fact that they received some good money for these properties right at the bottom of the market, tells me these were valuable properties.

To be "forced" to sell them at the bottom of the market is the direct result of a management that has no vision. They could have saved on other expenditures to avoid these kind of fire sales: overhead, renewed drilling at el Quevar. They simply don't have their priorities in (straight) order.
