The incoming Secretary of the U.S. Treasury is a ‘Rubinesque’ advocate of the strong dollar policy which means ‘hammer gold for all it’s worth’. I suspect we will see his appointment coordinated with the trashing of gold way down to the $1540 area… just to make a point. The Eastern powers will gladly comply and buy, buy, buy. …. along with the Soros’s of the billionaire’s club… even Bill Gross is a buyer now. I think Jim Sinclair’s prophecy that we will see gold much higher by March end … beginning over the next few weeks … might have something to do with the above. I expect the PM/JPM stocks to be hit again and then it should be blue sky because by then, all the big boys will be ‘in’.
