It's ineviteable,,,, aum have to cut overhead costs, decrease management salaries or decrease staff. I don't think employees should be cut,,, but some of the fat cats must get down to the mines once in awhile and get the lead out.

Imperative we get that product mined and out into the market.

As a longtime shareholder I am totally upset with direction of the value of these shares.

Hint: Change direction. Buy retirement home shares instead of gold companies, as boomers are heading that away.
