To me, Sinclair had one of the greatest calls ever - gold to $1684, which he made, what, back in the early 2000's. For a long term call, he hit the nail as close to the head as one can. While I haven't changed my mind about the accuity of that call, it's tough to follow up on something like that with anything close to something so good. Look at Nuriel Roubini, Dr. Doom, or whatever, great call re crash, became quite the celeb, but I don't think he's followed up with anything so special.
