I have no link but I have a theory that the next Canadian "implosion" will be with the Alberta Government.

The tax money from the oil patch is coming into the provincial coffers "hand over fist" and is being spent just as fast (How do you justify a deficit with the monies being collected?).

It won't take much once the "spigot" is turned off, for Alberta to be just like Detroit.

Cockerel's rule number two "The easiest thing in the world to do is spend other people's money", and Alberta is doing it in SPADES.
