I am not sure whether those that promoted the stock so heavily in such an extremely select and dense goldbug community wanted to pump the stock to dump it later on. However, promotion like that inevitably gets very close to pumping. The dumping has alo taken place, a.o. by the former ECU management. Maybe for other reasons, but some people made a lot of money there, a lot of people lost a lot.

Today I saw the share price of SAMEX and I was shocked that the same has happened to that stock. I owned that stock for several years, but fortunately got out in time.
