Five possibilities for this price performance:

1) ECU was a pump and dump story which was highly promoted at the Cafe.

2) It is all due to GM magement's mistakes;

3) The declining gold/silver price has been the culprit;

4) It's the naked short selling hedgefunds;

5) It's a combination of all of those factors.
