In other words trying to find a way to extend the problem, by delaying the inevitable and kicking the can farther down the road.

This time around they had two years to reach an agreement and what did they do?

Nothing!!

Now they want more time to fool the people and make them go through this same scenario again, probably just before or just after Christmas.

To do what?

Nothing again?

This is a deal?
