It could be worse. I just got my package from Kimber Resources today that due to lack of cash they are selling out for .15 per share cash offer only to a private company named Invecture. They were proving up a very nice resource estimate with a whos who of Board of Directors including Jim Puplova, Leann Baker also BOD of Agnico Eagle and McEwen Mining, and Keith Barron, the famous geologist who founded the largest gold deposit over the last 15 years with the Aurelean Resources discovery that later was sold to Kinross.

When you see a company basically fail like this with the management talent and the resource they had it shows how rough it is out there in the mining business in today's world.

It also proves a couple of other facts being that markets are mispriced and not allowed to trade in a free manner. Companies with cash for working capital for the next 3 to 6 months and beyond can and will survive. It also indicates a bottoming process when companies with major resource potential are closing or being sold for pennies on the dollar.

All of this happening when the actions of our governments should be driving these companies into some of the best and safest investments possible in today's marketplace.
