Wow!
Somebody new shows up on this board, all hell breaks loose and one irrational statement leads to another.
I suggest everyone calm down and analyse why they did what they did or why they are still here.
First of all, if the market seems irrational, they are a reflection of us; we are the market, so if we want to understand how markets react, first we have to understand how all the people think; all the people from everywhere; an impossible task.
Second, anyone that puts money into a stock (or takes it out) based on what is posted on these boards, would do better going to Las Vegas.
I've been in this company for a long time; I've seen the highs and the lows and I initially had my doubts about the merger (AUM appeared from the ashes of a company that applied for chapter 11, called Apex. That alone set my antennas on high and I still believe there were dirty dealings behind the scenes, but without proof…)
At that time, I voiced my opinion and expressed my doubts about the merger, but eventually, and by my own choice, I decided to stay involved. The goods are there, of that I have no doubt, and getting the positive result of the goods reflected into the SP is a joint responsibility of both the market and management.
In this case, management has a ready-made excuse why their hands are tied, but I have some experience with publicly traded companies and overspending, so they’re not completely blameless either.
What to do?
Again it is a personal decision.
I’ll make mine based on what I see, what I know and what I believe, nothing more, nothing less, but I certainly will not be accusing others for leading me astray.
Grow up people.

Good Luck to all!
