What a mess. Obama looked almost ashen on an interview on Obamacare, stuttering and backtracking. I'm sure the recent stats are quite numbing for those that believed the embellished stats they were fed (after all, mark to fantasy market models are very positive). Uh, oh ... did someone whisper 'consequences'? Reality is hitting the Dems pretty hard now and the next round of shoveled propaganda should be breathtaking. The hole deepens. Maybe they'll discover Denaros at the bottom.

We are getting a bird's eye view this morning with the business news media absolutely transfixed on the upcoming Janet Yellen 'blockbuster' (a metaphor that fits) "Let them Eat Fiction" release.

Janet is a good little girl humming to the tune of the good old boys: 'the economy is 'improving'; the housing market seems to be 'improving'; unem'ploy'ment is a 'little too high' (gotta bring it down from the '7.3%' level which shadow stats estimates as high as 23%) ... there is a healthy, loaned chicken in every pot... but it's at low interest rates ... for now... and some can get them for food stamps. "But senator" we couldn't see the bubble and Lloyd said that GS did not short their own clients"(and we paid 10 lobbyists to tell you that already yet). Let's hope Bernanke doesn't go back to that bar and blabber about how the U.S. is really screwed now.

So how much longer can the 'people' be distracted? How many more 'celebrity chefs’, pro sports teams, millionaire sports heroes and honey boo boos can there be? Canada has the mayor of Toronto, Rob Ford... and our own entitled Senators (who need no lobbying at all) so we are very distracted.

Well, it is a never ending yet tragic soap opera unfolding. All we little investors have to figure out is when the game stops and be properly positioned. When will the central bank money printing, debasing currencies and global derivatives monster lose control? When will gold send a stark message to the inhabitants on earth that the music has stopped? Seems the corporate banking syndicates think they have a few years left before the fractional reserve banking system implodes and they have squirreled enough gold, silver, food, water and land away to cover their bottoms. Did someone say 'bottom'?
