Please keep in mind I've been on board since 2001 and I'm not questioning the viability of what's in the ground.

I also realize the Board has changed somewhat, but that does not change the fact that the guy who sits in the hot seat should know what is right and what is wrong. By accepting the shares, he proves one of two things, at least to me.

One; he is trying something on and hoping to get away with it, or

Two; he's incompetent.

Either way, he needed to be removed as soon as this problem came to light.
