I just pulled a post I wrote a few minutes ago after receiving a SEC filing showing compensation to individuals at Golden Minerals.
It literally got my blood boiling.
How do you compensate someone who sits in the hot seat, gets ample compensation for doing so, and either tries to take advantage or just doesn't understand?
And how on earth does a competent Board of Directors sign off on such compensation?
In my world, this person would be immediately shown the door without any compensation.
