If you believe in gold as the only money then you will understand the global war now raging over it as the pendulum nears inertia to reverse course. If you know that emotions and psychology drive markets you will understand. If you are, or used to be a proud conservative rooted in the belief of freedom of rights, freely operating markets, privacy and open enterprize, then you are now caught in a deep struggle with yourself. I was always suspicious only of liberals and especially left wingers, but now I am suspicious of them all with the writing on the wall.
