Cockerel, I hope your not suggsting that I am a big believer in Technicals just because I posted an article on the golden cross or on occassion post some techincal chart work I might find interesting. I have never been a big technical driven investor or are technical charts my main focus. I am a much bigger believer in fundamentals to the point where I almost always expect fundamentals to win out even in a manipulated market but it may simply take more time. I use technicals only to support my overall fundamental view as I do wave theories, etc. Sometimes they are good at helping define turns or tops or bottoms especially after the fact and I learned long ago they shouldn't be totally ignored.
BTW, the golden cross can be historically a decent indicator and it doesn't have to mean like the next day but it demonstrates a change or shift in direction has a higher probability than a flip of the coin. You seem obssessed lately on this stuff and no need to apologize to me in your posts.
