A good update, things seem on track as per plan, a small increase in dilution is not a big deal at this point. The company wouldn't do a PEA if they were concerned with outcome since they have already been operating off an internal PEA as part of the re-start plan. The biggest issue for the company as with all other precious metal companies is the price of gold and silver.
The company projected full operational grades and tonnage for end of Q2 as part of their plan, that is still 5-6 months away with all varibles accounted for in their projection of $12-15 dollar cost basis per silver eq. ounce. If they do have a little greater mining dilution they have lots of time to adjust plan or pursue remedies to minimize this, maybe it means they have moved towards the middle of the plan guidance closer to $14 dollar cost basis from the lower end of $12 which is what they expected, all plans have some fulff and that's a fact.
The biggest variable remains the silver and gold price, they must hold here and preferably start to increase a little to insure success for this plan as I doubt they can develop a plan to deal with $12 dollar silver prices, in fact I doubt there is any more than a couple companies on the plnaet who could.
I also would suggest that a third party PEA allows the company to publish all the internal plan details and make forecasts which they presently have some restrictions on, they wouldn't do this if the info would not be positive as they don't need this PEA to produce or not produce. They would however need this PEA to access debt markets for significant production expansion and planning ahead is for sure a positive for me as I expect 2015 to provide some upside to metals prices after years of disappointment.
Hoping everyone enjoys their x-mas as best they can and wishing a prosperous 2015.
